Natural Fabreeze that's not full of toxins. Neturalise odours by simply diffusing Lemon
Flavor Boost. Add a drop of Lemon essential oil anytime you're cooking with lemon juice (Salmon on the BBQ, Lemon meringue pie,Lemon zest etc.) to give a deeper, richer, flavour. It also soothing in teas, simply add Lemon essential oil to warm water or a herbal tea and honey.
An Original All Purpose Cleaner. Mix 5-6 drops of Lemon essential oil with water and vinegar in a spray bottle to cleanse and purify surfaces. Use to clean kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances. For stainless steel, mix Lemon essential oil with olive oil for great results.
Get Rid Of Sticky Stuff. Lemon essential oil is excellent for removing the adhesive from sticker residues and permanent marker!

‘Lemonise’ Your Laundry. Instead of dryer sheets, try adding a few drops of Lemon Essential oil to a damp wash cloth in the dryer with the rest of your laundry. Set the dryer to a low temperature cycle as too high heat will lessen the effects of the oil.
Take A Lavender Bath. Mix a few drops of Lavender essential oil in some Epsom salts and then add to your bath for a relaxing experience
Enjoy A Fresh And Clean Mattress. Sprinkle a mixture of 1 cup baking soda and 10 drops of Lavender essential oil over your mattress. Allow the mixture to sit for at least an hour then vacuum the mixture up. You can combine with drops of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Clove, or Rosemary as well to tailor to your needs.
Ouch! That’s Hot!! The next time someone doesn’t realise the iron or pan is still hot; apply Lavender essential oil to the affected area to soothe and calm the skin irritation, relieve redness and ease swelling
The Oatmeal Secret. Fill a small jar (e.g baby food jar) with oats and add 5-8 drops of Lavender essential oil. When its time to wash your face, scoop some out and add water and it instantly becomes a natural oatmeal face scrub!!
Get some ZZZZZs. Add a few drops of Lavender essential oil to your pillow or massaged into the soles of the feet with fractionated coconut oil to calm a restless adult or child help to fall and stay asleep
Natural Breath Freshener. Use a drop of Peppermint in water for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse and breath freshener.
A Cooling Fix. Add Peppermint to a cold compress and apply to the back of the neck and/or feet to cool down
Natural Peppermint Flavours. Peppermint makes a delicious addition to all things chocolate. Add a drop to hot chocolate or milkshake, brownies, cakes and cookies
Stressed? Apply to the neck and forehead with Lavender to relieve pressure and tension
Awaken Your Senses. Before your next workout, apply a bit of Peppermint to your chest or just take a deep breathe straight from the bottle. After your workout add a drop to your shampoo to stimulate your senses and invigorate your scalp
TEA TREE aka MELALEUCA
Chemical Free Cleaning. Dilute 8-10 drops of Tea Tree essential oil with water in a spray bottle to clean around the house. Great to use in damp places and in the bathroom.
An Athlete’s Best Friend. Apply directly to the feet and toenails after the gym especially if you are also showering, swimming or exercising in public, high traffic areas
Refresh Your Wash. Add a couple drops of Tea Tree essential oil to laundry detergent to get rid of any musty smells.
Add “Oomph” To Your Lotion. Help soothe your skin by placing 1 drop of Tea Tree essential oil in your moisturiser during your morning and night skin routine. Also apply to skin blemishes and rashes as part of a daily cleansing program
Boost Your Immune Function. Diffuse Tea Tree essential oil or rub it on the bottom of your feet. Combine with On Guard for added support.
Flavor Your Food. Put a drop of Oregano essential oil in your spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, on a roast, or any other dish for a delicious flavour. As Oregano is so strong, you may want to put the drop on a spoon first, then use a toothpick to slowly add the oil to your dish.
